Small Stocks 75 Index (75:SME)

Five equally weighted sectors, comprised of 75 underlyings

The 75:SME is the cash index that /SM75 tracks, similar to what the SPX cash index is to /ES. The Small Stocks 75 Index comprises five equally-weighted sectors containing 15 stocks. It is important to remember that the /SM75 is not perfectly correlated with any other major stock index. It is possible for the /SM75 to move in the opposite direction of any or all of the major indexes.

Small Dollar Index (SFX:SME)

Seven GDP–weighted currencies wrapped in one index

The FX:SME is the cash index that /SFX tracks. The Small Dollar Index comprises of 7 major currencies: Euro, Chinese Renminbi, Japanese Yen, British Pound, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar, and Mexican Peso.

The STIX:SME is the cash index that /STIX tracks. The Small Technology 60 Index (STIX 60) consists of 60 stocks that represent the technology sector, with 4 distinct subsectors - information, retail, media, biology - contributing 15 stocks each.

Small 2YR US Treasury Yield (2Y:SME)

Based on the U.S. 2-year continuous yield

The 2Y:SME is the cash index that /S2Y tracks. The Index takes the auctioned 2-year U.S. Treasury Note (which is considered “on-the-run”), and from this Note’s coupon, time until maturity and currently traded midpoint, calculates a yield-until-maturity using a transparent closed-form solution.

Small 10YR US Treasury Yield (10Y:SME)

Based on the U.S. 10-year continuous yield

The 10Y:SME is the cash index that /S10Y tracks. The Index takes the auctioned 10-year Treasury Note (which is considered “on-the-run”), and from this Note’s coupon, time until maturity and currently traded midpoint, calculates a yield-until-maturity using a transparent closed-form solution.
