Establishing an ACH relationship between your tastyworks account and your bank account facilitates the electronic transfer of funds. If you're not much of a reader and want to watch a short video instead, then please visit our "How to Fund" video (1:42) by clicking here.

First, sign into your account at, or for a shortcut, click here.

To set up an ACH relationship, visit the My Deposits page via the "My Money" tab.

Next, click "Link Your Bank Account." If you have multiple tastyworks accounts, you must choose which one you intend to fund.

Find your bank on the list provided, enter the username and password for the bank account, and follow the steps until you receive confirmation that your account has been successfully linked.

If your bank is not on the list provided, you will need to manually enter your bank information. Simply click "I CAN'T FIND MY BANK."

Window to manually input bank information:

Once you submit it, two small deposits (called Micro-Deposits) will be made into your bank account by Apex Clearing. This is done to establish the link between your bank and brokerage accounts, and it can take up to 3 business days.

When this process is complete, return to the My Deposits page and verify the request for an ACH relationship by confirming the exact amounts deposited into your bank account.

tastyworks only allows you to maintain one ACH relationship per account at any given time. The animation below illustrates the process of establishing an ACH relationship with your bank account. If you would like to establish ACH relationships for all of your accounts, you will have to set them up individually. If you already have an ACH established and would like to change it, you must visit the My Deposits page via the "My Money" tab and cancel your current ACH before you are permitted to add a new one.

Please remember that tastyworks does not accept third party funding of any kind. For ACH relationships, this means that the name on the bank account must match the name on the tastyworks account exactly.
